Titans Stumped by Browns Defense: Week 3 Loss in Cleveland

The Titans earned their second loss of the season against the Browns 27-3. 

They struggled to get anything going offensively with Derrick Henry only having 11 rush attempts for 20 yards and an average of 1.8 yards per attempt. 

The Browns had a total of 5.0 Sacks with 3.5 of those coming from Myles Garrett. Garrett was disrupting almost every play of the game.

Ryan Tannehill gathered 104 Passing Yards while going 13/25 on the day for 0 TDs. His best pass catcher was DeAndre Hopkins with 3 receptions for 48 yards.

The Titans had only five different pass catchers the entire game. One of those being rookie RB Tyjae Spears who led the team with 4 receptions. Treylon Burks and Chig Okonkwo combined for 4 receptions and 12 yards.

The Titans defense also struggled, with Deshaun Watson going 27/33 with 290 Yards and 1 TD. The Titans defense also took 8 Penalties for 80 yards with a couple costly pass interference penalties.

The Titans only had 6 first downs while going 2/12 on 3rd downs, and punted 7 times.

The Titans will be going back to Nashville in Week 4 to face the Bengals(0-2).
