The Titans are bringing in Brian Callahan’s father, Bill Callahan to help out the offensive line.
Bill Callahan has a lengthy track record and is considered one of the best offensive line coaches in the NFL. He’s coached as an offensive coordinator, offensive line coach, and head coach for a short time. He coached in college for 14 years pror to his coaching career in the NFL. He started in the NFL as an offensive line coach and was later head coach of the Raiders in the 2002 and 2003 seasons leading them to Super Bowl 37.
Bill Callahan was hired by the Browns in 2020. The Browns have had a top 10 offensive line multiple times in the years since Callahan arrived in Cleveland. Callahan was currently under contract with the Browns but they allowed him to leave and come to Tennessee.
This is a much-needed addition for the Titans who allowed the 3rd most sacks in 2023 with 64.
