Titans Hire Jaguars Assistant as Offensive Coordinator

The Titans have hired Nick Holz for the offensive coordinator position.

Holz served as the Jaguars passing game coordinator in 2023. The Jaguars had the 9th-ranked passing offense in the league, averaging 240 passing yards per game compared to the Titans 180 per game.

Holz has connections with both Bill and Brian Callahan going back to college and even high school. In high school, Holz played with Brian Callahan and will now be working with him in Tennessee. Holz served as the offensive quality control coach for the Nebraska Cornhuskers while Bill Callahan was the head coach there.

Holz was also an assistant quarterbacks coach for Andrew Luck while he was at Stanford. He was an offensive assistant for the Raiders from 2012 to 2021. He was then hired as the offensive coordinator for the UNLV Rebels in 2022.
